More than $15,000 in private donations is required for this program to continue at its current level with 114 floral baskets adorning the downtown street lamps. Beautification of our Town Center has always been a priority for the Chamber. In 2023, we not only continued this beloved tradition but also funded the electrification of the poles in the town center and replaced the lights to ensure that Winchester continues to shine bright. The Chamber is so grateful for the generosity of past supporters of this program.
