MEMBER Spotlight

Since 1994, the Family Action Network (FAN) of Winchester has been bringing families together through playgroups, seasonal events, parent programs, and community service.

As a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization, FAN helps families with young children build connections, find support, and create lasting friendships. Membership provides access to playgroups, parent socials, special events, and volunteer opportunities, making it easy for both new and longtime residents to feel at home in Winchester.

FAN is also known for community favorites like the Halloween Bash, Barnyard Babies, and Family & Fire Trucks, while supporting local causes through food, toy, and clothing drives and partnerships with schools and nonprofits. Volunteers also contribute to playground cleanups and beautification projects that help strengthen community spaces.

By creating opportunities for families to connect, give back, and celebrate together, FAN continues to make Winchester a more welcoming and vibrant community for all.
